happy to join postcrossing. I am a PhD student in chemistry, currently living in Germany. I like people and being with people, I like travelling and I'm open to new things. I also like nature (especially of the north), literature & philosophy (J. P. Sartre, G. Bataille) art, modernism (Kandinsky, Chagall, Magritte etc...), music (Beatles, Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, The Who... classical music... and techno, rave and drum...) French chanson (Yves Montand) and poesy of XX century. History. Left social movements, revolutions, anarcho-communist currents, P. Kropotkin.‎.. Foreign languages! Try to learn German.

I would be glad to receive postcards with:
-paintings
-people - interesting and eccentric - not necessarily famous ones
-nature, landscapes, villages, castles
-cars, boats, harbours, trains... any kind of transport
-architecture - cities/tourist - single view is preferred
-card with some text in your language (please, translate it)
-postcards with Mole (a series of Czech cartoons, originally called Krtek)

Please, I'm not fond of:
- religious cards, royal families, churches, easter/christmas
- postcrossing meetings, home-made
