My name is James and I grew up in the southern parts of the United States mostly Louisiana. My love for cooking led me to attend culinary school and now am a retired chef. After raising our kids and proud of the way they have turned out we decided to adopt our youngest son who just turned two yesterday. We own a small farm out in the country which we raise mainly chickens right now due to health reasons.
We absolutely love to travel the different states of America. We've been to New Jersey where my wife was born and raised, Indiana, Georgia where I was born, Tennessee where we live now, Florida, Louisiana, Virginia, Our favorite place ha to be the Great Smokey Mountains of Tennessee which happens to be just a stones throw from where we currently reside.
