Hello everybody,

First of all thank you for reading my profile. I will try not to make it too long ;)
My name is Lia Nieuwenhuis and I live in a small vilage in the north of the Netherlands with my husband Bart en our dog and cat. We have 3 children, who since this year, all live on their own. So you see, time to spend and I love getting mail -> Postcrossing is just the thing for me! Besides postcrossing, I also like to work in the garden, try to grow my own vegetables and as a profession I take care of new born babies and their families the frist 8 days after the birth.

I am a big fan of Inkognito cards,map cards, lighthouses and traditional people from your country. I also like cards with bridges and doors and windows. I recently discovered the existence of Maxi cards and I just love them!! You would make me happy with one of those :)So Finland, China, Australia etc. surprise me.
If you are from the USA, please send me a map card of your state and maybe a nice stamp (from your state?)! I love those stamps you send!
I also like funny cards and B&W. Any nice nature card or city view is nice too, but churches are not my favourite (I already received so many nice churches!). Maybe some landmark in your country or a famous building like the tower bridge etc. :)
