My name is Silvia and I live in a small town close to Vienna. I'm a mental- and creative coach and art therapist (my method is to work with simple tools of painting, writing, dancing, making musik and playing theater). I offer self-awareness workshops and create readings.

I practice 5RhythmenDance and SoulMotion. Dancing and expressing myself in movement is so great and healing!

Painting is a very important part of my life. In the last year I have started a series of pictures called “PostcrossingART”. I select received postcards and stuck them with the stamps in a special technique on a canvas. Then I create with acrylic a picture integrating the postcards and the stamps. You can see finished pictures on my postcard wall with the received cards. Do you like my work?

If you have to send a postcard to me I'm looking forward to a card which surprises myself and makes me smiling. Perhaps a card with something about art, a beautiful animal-card or a great postcard which shows your country. It can be also a card which is so special, ugly or stange that you think it is impossible to send it to anybody else.
