I'll start with a bit about me: I love cats, including my own named Penelope, and I play (and design) all sorts of board and card games. I recently earned a Ph.D. in astronomy and astrophysics and have started a tenure-track position at a community college. I have a fondness for bridges of all sorts, Vincent van Gogh, and Sheepworld or DIDDL from Germany. Most of the cards in my "favorites" list are cards I have received.

Please include the date, and if you can't think of anything to write, put your favorite quote (idea from fellow postcrosser Hypersweety) or something we have in common. I prefer regular-sized cards (4" x 6", 10cm x 15cm) rather than larger ones. If you speak German, I'd love to read your postcard in German instead of English. Happy postcrossing!
