About R....

I can read cards in either German or English, so feel free to write in either one. :)

I do not register cards I haven't received. It is against Postcrossing rules.

UK Postcrossers: I would love any of the new Discworld stamps!

I would be very grateful if you could send me some fabric from your country so I can use it in a quilt! Minimum size is 4" square or 11cm square, bigger is fine! :) has the details and has updates.
I will accept any fabric from any country! :)
UPDATE: The world map is finished! You can see a picture at and read about some of the process. Postcrossing did an article about it: I'm still taking fabric!

I will enjoy any card you send me! But if you need suggestions, please read on:

Wildlife, especially birds, of your country.
National monuments or parks of your country.
Space, planets, satellites, space program
Unusual things or places! Especially "roadside" or strange museums and attractions
Anything about the Fallout games
Quilting, embroidery, sewing, fabric arts
Vikings (including sports teams)
Nurses, people dancing, big container ships, submarines
Art: I like Dutch Golden Age painting (Gouden Eeuw), Byzantine, Medieval, Peredvizhniki (Передви́жники), Ива́н Я́ковлевич Били́бин, Art Nouveau and Art Deco.
Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit, Gravity Falls, robot movies, Good Omens (BBC)
Catholic images, saints, Popes
Comic book covers of all kinds
LouPaper postcards
Finland: Saami, Finnish Nightmares
Poland: Important historical or cultural persons
Lithuania: Andrius Tapinas
Hungary: Attila Ambrus
Latvia: Dinamo Riga
World War I / World War II, anything (people, photos, posters, paintings, any country)
Cool stamps!

Handmade cards are welcome! Free, ad and food packaging cards also. Envelopes are fine. Tea or other small gifts are welcome. It is OK if you can't handwrite your postcard.

Stickers and washi tape are very welcome, but no raised or puffy stickers, those don't go through the sorting machines well and often get damaged or lost :(

I would love it if you put the date and the weather on your card. If you can use unusual, science or themed stamps/panels, that would be great! These Russian stamps also:
And the Europa 2022 stamps look lovely :)

Fauna of Belarus series: I have a page that shows the Fauna of Belarus cards I already have. I would love to get others of the series!:

Postcards I would prefer not to get:
Nudity/erotica (tasteful pinups or airplane "nose art" are OK)
Pet cats/dogs

Thank you for reading all the way to the end! :)
