I'm Katie and I work as a financial analyst. For fun, I enjoy weekend trips to larger cities nearby where I like to go to museums, movies, amusement parks (roller coasters!) and concerts (especially symphonies). I am happiest when I am learning.

I am most interested in the message of your postcard. I'm happy to read whatever is on your mind. Lately, I have received some great postcards on this topic: could you tell me about someone you love? You could describe this person's best traits.

I enjoy postcrossing for the reading and writing, so I welcome any sorts of cards. Generally, I tend to prefer beautiful or interesting images rather than cute or adorable. Pictures I have on my bulletin board now are photos of a colorful street in Brazil, the Basilica of St Francis in Assisi, and Lake Louise in Alberta, and an illustration by Oscar Cahén. One style I love is pen & ink with watercolor.
