My name is Krisztina and I'm a postcard collector since my childhood. :)
I also like swapping and collecting many other things like greeting cards, calendar cards, stamps (just with faveourite themes!), coins, ephemera and so on. As a stamp collector I like getting "carte maxima" cards, or "first day" covers. If you have a postcard with matching stamps and stampings, I'd be really grateful for getting that :)

My other interests are martial arts (esp. kung fu, kempo - I've done it for years), social work (I'm a social worker), voluntary, charity (I prefer giving to getting), environmental protection (it's a very very important thing!), animals (who doesn't love them?), Bunnies!, Monkies!, fantasy world (esp. Dragons!),movies (a lot! from the "happypeaceful" 20's to the nowdays bloody Tarantino, really, but less blood, please!:)) and TV series (Dr.Who, Fawlty Towers, You rang, mylord?, Heroes, Lie to me...), James Bond (I was fallen in love with Pierce Brosnan :)), mythology, Asia (Far-East; I had a chance to live in China for half a year), art (esp. paintings) and altered art (although I'm not an artist), rock and classic music (and many other, but I don't listening too much), travelling (I hope I have enough money one day, but it's also fine to travel around the world by postcrossing :)).

I like all kinds of postcards! If you want to make my day, my interests will help you choosing the right theme for the card. And I always mark cards on the site as a fave one...it prooves that I really like a lot of cards, so don't worry!
You can show me your country, your hobby, your interests or anything what is important for you by your postcard sent. I appreciate if you write something on your own language, too. I'm planning to learn Italian, Chinese and Esperanto :) (Veramente, ho studiato l'Italiano ma ho dimenticato molto :( )

My (lifelong) project is: collect a touristy postcard from every country on the world, I like getting postcards from the village, city, etc. where you live, too. Country postcards I need mainly from Asia, Africa, South - America. From the USA I like the state map postcards and the state symbol postcards - I'd like to organize an exhibition about the US states.

I'm currently looking for children's book illustration postcards, or any postcards related to childhood, like toys, characters... vintage and new both are fine!

I'm a collector of free/ad postcards, too. But please send only published ones like Edgar Freecards, iDrukker, Boomerang, Gocards, etc. If you like them, we can do private swaps, and I have a freecard group on swap-bot.com (Freecard Lovers United), so you can join in that too.
