Greetings from California! Postcards make me happy ★
I LOVE them in every way, shape and form with all the pretty stamps and postmarks and messages from the world over!

As to what kind of postcards I like? Anything goes really so please don't stress over it...something that represents your country or you is perfect! Just getting a postcard in the mail brings a huge smile to my face. But if you're still unsure, here are some ideas:

♥ touristy view cards or illustrations of your city or country are totally awesome
♥ local landmarks such as churches/temples, castles, zoos, amusement parks, stadiums, universities, monuments, buildings, lakes, waterfalls ect are marvelous
♥ if you live near one, a UNESCO World Heritage Site would be super cool
♥ if you live in a monarchy, a postcard or stamp of your royals would be splendid
♥ MAP or FLAG card of your city/region/country would be very wonderful
♥ the national dress or uniform of your area would be really fantastic
♥ local festival/fair would be quite lovely
♥ food & drink photos/illustrations/recipes of food your region is known for since I LOVE food
♥ funny, cute, surreal, touching cards that strike a chord
♥ literature and art, fairytales, myths and the zodiac are excellent choices as well
♥ Facts and Figures/ Did You Know/ Chronicles/ Greetings From postcards are amazing
♥ Maxi/ Pre-paid cards on ANY subject are great too!

Oh and please do write me something -- a fun fact about yourself or your city, perhaps a favorite quote or poem...even just a "hello from (your town), my name is" in your own language is great! I love learning about new people and places! :)
