My name is Kate, I live in Kiev.
In my spare time I like reading, watching movies/serials, making friendship bracelets, cooking (especially cookies and cakes). Also I have a hobby - photography.
To understand me better, I wrote my favourites below:
films: The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Knockin' on Heaven's Door, Shutter Island, Some Like It Hot, Roman Holiday, Ocean's Eleven, Léon and looooots of other great movies.
cartoons: Futurama, The Simpsons, Family Guy and Disney cartoons like Mulan, Tangled etc.
serials: Friends, Prison Break, Lost, New Girl, Supernatural, Sherlock, Teen Wolf, The Big Bang Theory.
books: Haruki Murakami 'Hard-Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World', Bernard Werber 'The Ultimate Secret', Dan Brown 'The Da Vinci Code', 'Inferno', also I like Dostoevsky's, Bulgakov's, Bradbury's works.
food: caramel waffles, marzipan, mango, mandarins, fried potato, chicken nuggets, different salads, actually I really like eating:)
And a bit more favourites: dark blue colour, polka dot, dogs(especially labradors,beagles), cats with pink noses, hand-made, cosmos, sea and ocean, tulips, stones&jems, cute dresses, birthday, new year holiday, minimalism, modern, wooden texture, candles, dreams&fairy tails.
When I were little I thought that when I grow up I'll travel around the world. It's not going so well now, but I hope someday I'll go to a lot of countries and be able to learn their cultures.
So I'll be very happy if you mention the most interesting/beautiful places in your city/country or maybe some facts/traditions that exist only in your country, it will be really interesting for me. Also I'm looking forward your recommendations what I shoud read/watch, write me your favourite books and movies.... oh, almost forgot...and your recipies)
Also I'll be happy, if you write some lines in your language^^
