At the age of 50 I have seen a great part of the world, or at least that part that I wanted to see. I have seen a lot of awesome places and still love to travel around the globe.

My ideas for all that travelling? Part of it comes through the cards I've been getting the last 6 or 7 years through Postcrossing.com.

To feed my appetite for travelling I like cards with a view, cards that give a sense of the atmosphere of a country, cards that give the urge to go there myself. But ofcourse I like the occasional surprise, the unexpected and the ultimate beauty of either a person, a country or something materialistic.

One thing I learned from travelling: there a so many people to get to know in this world, so many beautiful characters and so many induviduals with a love for life. I can't get me bored!
