I am the mother to four children. I live in the Puget Sound region of Washington State, in the U.S. My husband and I like traveling and planning "dream trips" of places we'd like to visit.I like native or folk art, watercolors and illustrations.I love to admire quilting, crocheting, tatting and knitting although I do none of them myself! I am also interested in handmade paper and origami.I look forward to receiving postcards that are edgy, unusual,whimsical or beautiful but not vulgar or preachy.Since we began postcrossing the members from Finland have taught us the pleasure of Moomin so we like them too.I look to each postcard to share with my children something we hadn't considered before. I enjoy learning about what type of work people do and what hobbies they have.I also enjoy collecting recipes so feel free to share your favorite.
