About Ineke...

My name is Ineke, I am a Dutch woman and I live near the sea. I have two grown-up sons.

I'm also the proud granny of 3 grandchildren. I spent 32 years in Normandy, France, before going back to Holland.

My interests are playing music on a keyboard ,reading books, walking in the countryside, vegan cooking, visiting a museum and taking care of special needs dogs.

JUTTERTJE
inhabitants of Den Helder are called Jutters.
A jutter is a person who is looking for treasures on the shore when the tide has gone (= beachcomber).
The suffixe "tje" can mean something small ( I am rather petite according to Dutch standards ;)!) or it can have a loving or tender meaning.
Postcrossing is for me a way of gathering treasures from all over the world and I feel the name suits me well!
