About Joana...
Hi!
I was born in Coimbra, in Portugal, the portuguese city of students!
I've lived and studied almost my whole life in Coimbra. I've spent 6 months in Liège, Belgium, for an exchange program while I was at university (Erasmus). And I've also lived another 6 months in Boston, USA, for a part of my PhD.
I currently live and work in Luxembourg and I really like the city. It's a very international environment that translates in a huge diversity in terms of people, cultures, languages, food, art and music.
One of my passions is singing! I've been singing in different choirs throughout my whole life, and I currently sing in an international choir, here in Luxembourg.
Another one of my passions is travelling! I've already visited 20 different countries, mostly in Europe. Next year I'm planning to visit Japan, Morocco and Hungary!
