Hello dear reader,

I am John, living in the historically important city of Dordrecht, Netherlands. My hometowns history goes back long before I was born. Dordrecht is nicely located in the South-Western part of the country and is very close to Kinderdijk (world famous windmills) and de Biesbosch (National Park)

My most popular thing to do when I'm not working is travelling, especially by train. I live close to the trainstation and from there I like to discover other areas in the world. When somewhere else I like to meet other people and discover who they are. Another thing I really like is all the different types of food people are eating.

The area I live in is surrounded by many rivers and lakes and that is the place where I work. I work as a mechanic on a tugboat and I like the job very much.

Sometimes I watch a movie with my girlfriend, listen some music or read books or meet with friends to play a game or drink some beer.

There are no specific wishes regarding postcards, I leave it up to you how to surprise me.
