I live in a big city, Las Vegas, Nevada, about 5km from the Strip where all of the big casinos are located. I am a computer programmer, and used to work at the Venetian casino, but I now work for a large company just north of town. I am married, but all of our kids are bigger and have moved away. We have good friends in Sweden and have been there and to several other European countries. I like to travel and hope to return to Europe soon.
This project sounds interesting, and receiving actual hand written mail will be a lot different than using the electronic communications I work with every day. Any type of card is appreciated, but please pick out your favorite card and tell me why you like it. I also like hand made cards, again, tell me why you made it and how you feel.
Please do not write the card ID on the bottom of postcards, the US postal service prints bar codes across the bottom 7mm or so to automate sorting which prints over the lower lines and makes them very hard to read.

Recently I have been getting messages about unregistered cards. I scan and register cards within a day or two of receiving them. It seems that about 10% of sent cards never show up - I have no idea where they disappear. If you sent one and do not get a registration message then please email me about it, but probably it has not arrived.
