Hi!

Since I joined postcrossing, I've had much joy from this whole postcard exchange experience. I hope my postcards to you can somehow light up your day, even just for a little bit. If you are happy, then my mission is accomplished! :)

The three big postcard themes that I would really love are:
1) MUSIC - i'm a classical pianist, so any postcard that features piano or any other music instruments, composers, decorations, activities, notes, history etc will really make my day!! even a picture of Beethoven's tomb will make me sooo happy! If it's a folk instrument, all the better!!

2) ART - colourful impressionistic art, such as LEONID AFREMOV, or for postcrossers from Asia, traditional paintings/art from your country is so very appreciated!! I just love all these elegant paintings!!

3) CULTURE - Costumes, festivals, landmarks, traditions, food, historical architecture, anything that is unique and informative of your country/region/home!! I want to learn so much about the world of all corners, and postcards are such great tools for that purpose!

Other miscellaneous categories that I like are:
Maps, human portraits/illustrations, people people and people! Did I mention people? postcards with humans are sooo awesome!!

Personally, I don't prefer ads, super-touristy ones (with multiple view) or mass-produced cards, but if you are from a rural location and have not much to choose from, I will be happy to take it too! I also prefer my card written and stamped, not in an envelope, thank you so much!

I would also like to make new pen pals through postcards, so if you are interested, write me your website or address! :) I am usually very generous of sending huge, beautiful stamps, so if you want to direct swap, please do the same? Stamps are part of my childhood memories!

Even if you don't have any card in my preference, it's okay, but please please please! don't leave your message box blank/ half empty T.T I treasure real connections through words, so write me something! I'd be glad to learn a little bit about you, your city, your way of life, anything! just not emptiness please! :D
