I'm a mother of two adult girls and grandmother of 4. My partner of 26 years has two adult married sons with 5 grandchildren so we have lots of school programs, soccer games, guitar recitals, gymnastic meets, etc. I've lived and worked in Massachusetts my entire life. I enjoy calligraphy and genealogy in my spare time. I'm interested in receiving postcards of all types from different parts of the world. Local culture/historic postcards are esp. welcomed. Also would enjoy receiving art postcards; i.e. Homer, Durer, Rockwell, Hopper (just not cubist or ultra modern), animals of all varieties, beaches, forests, old doors or bridges. My favorite birds are puffins and owls. My maternal family (Parkhurst) has been researched back to Devonshire & Suffolk England and the Isle of Wight so I'd love to receive maps or anything connected with those regions.
