All: UNESCO National Heritage Sites (Natural Wonders, Historical Remains) (If your card is a UNESCO site, please indicate it on the card~), Map Cards, Aero-planes, Airports, Trains, Football (Soccer) Statiums, Harry Potter, National Flags, Famous universities, Women / Children with Traditional Costumes and Nice Smile (Men are also welcome), Beautiful Natural Landscape, Sunset, etc.
China: Historical Sites (e.g. The Forbidden City, Great Wall, Grand Canal) and great natural wonders
Japan: Historical sites and buildings (e.g. Himeji Castle, Kinkaku-ji, Itsukushima Shrine, Tōdai-ji, Yakushi-ji, Kiyomizu-dera, etc.), Hokkaidō, Autumn Colours, Sakura, Shirakawa-gō, Cartoons (e.g. Pokemon, Miyazaki Hayao's series [especially Laputa], Rilakkuma) Autumn Leaves, etc

In general, I love receiving postcards about the landmarks and famous places to visit in your country, or some cards related to great historical events happened in your place (e.g. Olympics, World Cup), or football-related cards, Christianity cards, cards on beautiful nature wonders and scenery...anyway, anything can be a good card to me!!! (But please...no hand-made cards / ad. cards, multiple views not preferred)
