I'm a fifty four year old cook (chef). I live in a small village (Koedijk) in the Netherlands. I'm married and have three children. My daughter told me about postcrossing and I was enthusiastic within a second.

I've got several hobbies: I like to travel, to dive, skiing, iceskating (long distances, I've done twice the elfstedentocht, 200 km in one day, google it up) and I love to investigate the history of my home town (www.koedijk.org).

I like to receive mail from all over the world. I'd like to receive postcards from your home town or country, please surprise me. Please don't put the cards in an envelope, I would very much appreciate it if you can put nice stamps on it and would you please put the date on it.

I don't really care what kind of card you send me but please do not send me Christmascards, exceptions when they are extremly funny.

Every card I receive will be uploaded upon my Postcards Wall. I would appreciate it when you put received cards from me on your wall as well. Thanks.
