Hi there, I am Nils from Braunschweig in Germany. I love getting handwritten mail and therefore I love Postcrossing!

I am currently studying Biology, but beside that I am also interested in literature, art and way too many other things. Which, on the other hand, is good for you because it means that I am not very choosy when it comes to the motive of the postcard I wish to receive. However, my idea of a postcard has always been that it tells me something about the place it has been sent from, for example by depicting an interesting building or a natural monument from the respective area. Don't bother too much about that, though - almost every motive will be appreciated, as long as it is one you would also like to be the recipient of. Maybe you will find inspiration in the interests I listed above - a work of art representative for your culture would be perfect, too.

On your postcard, I would love to read something about you - what you do, your favourite books, movies, music ... or any other topic you feel like writing about! The main thing is that you write something at all.
