-NOTE- Every postcard I receive is uploaded within 24 hours. Sometimes it seems that the postman can not find my mailbox, most of the times the mail only get's delayed, in excidental cases it get's lost.
*-my computer is old and almost broken, it crashes every once in a while, so it might take some time before i can scan or register a postcard-*

My name is Mieke. I'm a typical, 26 year old, Dutch woman.

- My largest hobby is also my passion of life: music. Every bit of music. I like to listen to it, at concerts or just at home, but I also like to play myself. I play the clarinet since I was 9 years old. I don't have a particulair style. i like classical music, but also happy hardcore and rock.
- I love waterfalls. One of my goals in life is to see the naiagra falls and the victoria falls. It's a bit mythical to me.
- I collect little statues of ellephants. they mean a lot to me: commitment, inteligence, force.
- My husband loves wolves. What ellephants mean to me, wolves mean to him.
- I am fasinated by hands. I think hands are story tellers. There is a lot of personality in them. When I draw something, I usually draw hands.
- I would like to travel around the world. See every bit of it. only my walllet doesn't allow me to do that, so I hope to see the world through the postcards I receive.

If you find a postcard linked to the subjects above I'm more than happy to receive them, but any postcard is welcome.
I have a photomap in which I store the postcards I receive, so if you can send me a standard size postcard, it can be showed with all the other ones :-).

Anything is good. If you can write a bit of your own language and then translate it in englisch it would be great! I would appreciate if you write the date on the postcard.

P.S. In september I would like to receive some birthdaycards.
