Hello dear Postcrosser!
The following (from "Right now..." till "Happy postcrossing...") is just a small summary what you should know about me:
Right now I'm volunteering as a youth coach till November 2023. Mainly I'm helping pupils in their last year of statuary education, finding a proper apprenticeship or job, also accompanying them to the employment office (if needed). It's great to help them on their way - even if I'm only a small 'milestone' in their life. :)
Having a mental retardation of about 10 years - making friends isn't that easy. I'm often feeling a bit lonely due to that. So Postcrossing is a more than welcome change, who brings joy into my life. :) And I love to make friends through Postcrossing.
I enjoy getting a tea bag or stickers. Of course it isn't obvious to send one but it would make my day. Thank you so much in advance.
In general I enjoy every postcard. Every postcard is unique, but still I don't like all cards the same.
“Postcard writing is like a small conversation with a random stranger for a short moment.”
I'm living in the south of Austria (born & raised here*).
*just wrote that in brackets, because of my very popular German surname.
I really like to learn about someone's culture, hobbies and so on.
In my spare time (if I have one) I like reading novels, baking and cooking. I like listening to nearly all kind of music (except rap, metal, techno). Also writing my own stories is one of my greatest passions.
Foreign countries had fascinated me since I was a little child.
Cards I don't like that much:
I'm sure you will find other users, who know to appreciate those cards more.
every other card is very welcome :)
If you would like to brighten my day, please send:
if you are from the US:
