I'm so glad you´ve got my profile!

Let me tell you something about me. My name is Irene. I'm from Russia, but currently I live in Montenegro. We have an incredible dog which is half borzoi and half afghan hound and we're totally crazy about her and these breeds in general! We collect porcelain figurines of hounds - soon they'll occupy pretty much every flat space in the apartment :)

Originally I'm from Vladivostok, it's a city on the Pacific coast, far, far away pretty much from everything, but I love it and miss it a lot. I am a kind of a sea maniac, and one of the things I loved about my hometown was that I could see the sea pretty much from any point in the city.

I love reading (now I'm into Terry Pratchet:)), cross-stitching, knitting & watching TV-series (House MD, Friends, Bones, The Big Bang Theory, Dollhouse are some of my favorites).

Foreign languages are my profession and my big passion, so I would love you to write me something in your own language.

I would also be happy to get to know a little bit about you - the job you like, the place you live in, the books you read, the movies you watch or the music you listen to - whatever you chose to share on the postcard.

In any case, I'll gladly accept any card you chose to send me! As for my preferences, I'd be really excited if you could share a card with:

- Borsoi, afgan hound, saluki, tazi - they would totally make not only my day, but my month and maybe even my year!
- Pictures with loads of small details (like on Jan van Haasteren's puzzles or Where's Waldo? books)
- City life drawings
- Fishing
- Maps
