About Marina...

Hi, greetings from California! My name is Marina, I'm originally from Ukraine but since 2012 I've been happily living in San Francisco Bay area. I am software engineer, pet rescue volunteer, anime fan and watercolor enthusiast.

I really appreciate all the stories written on the back of postcards. Various stamps, stickers, washi tape and your own drawings are very welcome!

I'm NOT a big fan of vintage or black & white cards, I'd rather prefer vivid cheerful colors and themes.

If you're sending me a card from my favorites, please mention that on the card, thank you.

My special wishlist:

✪ Lena Gnedkova, Dasha Bogdanova
✪ LOTR & Hobbit (especially Legolas and other elves)
✪ Harry Potter (especially Severus Snape)
✪ Lavender
✪ German Shepherds
✪ Chipmunks & Squirrels.
✪ Anime/Manga (your drawings are welcome, too!)
✪ The Beatles, Freddie Mercury

My general wishlist:

♡ Cute illustrations, painted cities, watercolor sketches. Please, NO abstract or classic art.
♡ Yummy photos of food and drinks.
♡ Cute animals: dogs, cats, foxes, raccoons, pandas, baby animals etc. Please NO dressed pets.
♡ Movies, TV-shows: Dr. Who, Dr. House, Game of Thrones, etc. Please, NO old posters.
♡ Unusual cards: shaped, wooden, metal, puzzle, etc.

If you'd like to send me a city view or a landscape, please choose something vivid and colorful. I love water and mountains, gardens and blooming fields. Not a fan of monuments and churches :)
