Hi, my name is Tanya, I live in Cherkasy – a city right in the heart of Ukraine.

On the 24th of February 2022 russian troops invaded Ukraine bringing death and destruction everywhere they set their foot on.

Throughout all the days of this war I've received so many messages of support and encouragement from postcards & stamps enthusiasts from all over the world. I appreciate your kindness and am grateful to be a part of such a thoughtful and considerate community 💙💛

I work as a freelancing Digital Marketing Specialist and I really enjoy my work.

My love for romantic movies (“Pride and Prejudice” is one of my favorites) & cute animals strangely coexists with passion for Chuck Polahniuk’s novels (my favorites are “Lullaby” and “Fight Club”), love for pc gaming, and interest in detective films with unexpected twists.

I am an avid reader, passionate gardener, active postcrosser, and curious birdwatcher.

I am a fan of Harry Potter, The Witcher, and Lord of the Rings. I collect maxicards and postcards with matching stamps, love everything space-related (planets, space missions), and enjoy superhero films (both Marvel and DC). So postcards and/or stamps with these themes will be greatly appreciated and fondly treasured.

Also, I collect view cards (but only from countries, I haven't received postcards yet), Lantern Press, Tabineko, and Lenticular cards.

I love to receive modern well-designed postcards and really adore beautiful postal stamps & Europa series stamps.

I don’t really like postcards with children, cats, or dogs but adore cards with hoopoes, woodpeckers, and tit birds (both photos and illustrations).
We have a family of hedgehogs living in our garden so cute cards with hedgehogs are welcome too :)

For me Postcrossing is not only about receiving postcards, it's about communication, sharing a piece of my life and culture with the world.
