Hi!

My name is Andrew, but my friends call me Hobbsy - and so can you. I'm 32, and I live in Perth, the capital of Western Australia.

My father is a farmer, but I don't want to be one. I am a reporter, twitterer and occasional writer.

I like bushwalking and cycling, and going out to restaurants and small bars.

I also love making desserts, like trifle and pavlova - a good Australian dish!

I studied politics and am fascinated by political parties - especially around election time - so if you wanted to send me some election material - that would be wonderful! (It's a difficult ask, I know.)

Like any reporter, I like stories and I like getting to know people, even if it's not for very long.

So I'd like you to send me the postcard that you think is the best - that makes you proud to live where you do.
