About Henk...

I am a traveller.
I was born in the Netherlands, where I still live for about 5-6 months a year. The other months you can find me at the very small island of Porto Santo (Madeira archipelago).

I work a lot with computers. At this moment I am writing books (fiction, in Dutch language), using my computer. I have finished my first book, I started my second book. I do not expect to publish the books, who could be interested?

I LOVE cats, but in fact, all animals love me.
I often make walks in the nature, and of course across the beaches at Porto Santo island.

I would love to receive postcards with supernatural beings, examples:
- dragons;
- djinns;
- giants;
- dwarves;
- elves.
If they are related to a (your?) religion, it would be better. Try to explain to me what supernatural being you have sent.

I also like postcards connected to Mary Magdalene (Maria Magdalena, Marie de Magdala, Marie-Madeleine). Again it would nice if you can explain the importance of this person for you or your culture.

I am very interested in receiving postcards from (UNESCO) Geo-Parks all around the world. Do you live near such Geo-Park? I would be thrilled to receive a postcard showing the special features of the Geo-Park.
Here you have a list:

But if you have no idea which postcard to send, send a postcard showing the landscape at your place.
If you do not know what to write, tell me about your daily life. What did you do yesterday, or what will you do today?

please contact me if your postcard to me is travelling more than 45 days.
Mail to Porto Santo can be very slow.
I prefer if you put the card in an envelope. I do collect postage stamps, and I do not damage the postcards I get. I would be even more happy when you add (used) postage stamps in the envelope.
At Porto Santo island I do not have a scanner, please scan your card for me.
