About Jen...

My name is Jennifer, but everyone calls me Jen. I am the mother of 5 kids born between 1992 and 2012.

I live in the suburbs of the capital of my state, which is the biggest city for many miles in any direction.

I love to learn from people all over the world. I am so excited to get back into postcrossing, it's been a long time.

I like to do crafts (knitting crocheting, embroidery, beading and playing with sealing wax.

Also, I like to spend time with my friends and family playing games and watching movies. I especially love horror films and crime documentaries!

I also enjoy reading tarot and oracle cards for my friends and family.

I have been studying Spanish online since 2019, and if you speak Spanish I'd love it if you wrote a little bit to me as part of your postcard. My skills are still pretty basic. I can talk about mis mascots for example, but I'd be lost in a political discussion.

~*~*~*~*~ If your postcard is taking an extra long time to get to me, please message me and I will register

All postcards are welcome, and I'm excited to get them! If you're not sure what to send, I love to get these:

*Any place in your area you take visitors, or anything that represents your home, like maps, flags, artwork, festivals, architecture, clothing, etc.

*Anything that makes you excited about your country, or about life in general (can be anything at all, including your hobbies, job, school, favorite authors, TV shows or musicians, or anything else.)

*Seriously, anything, including home made cards. Just tell me what they mean to you. I do this to learn about people, not to build a specific type of collection. :-)

If you are still not sure, these are cool too:

*Local buildings, statues, art, etc, from any religion or belief system or tradition

*Cemeteries or graveyards, mausoleums, memorials, anything dealing with local funeral customs or practices.

*Postcards with the name of the subject on the front (the city, country, building, anything! It's fun to see all the different languages.)

*Sherlock Holmes, Supernatural, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit, Criminal Minds, The Godfather, Lost Boys, David Bowie, Beatles, Stephen King, Fairies, Elves.

*Anything witchy.

These are not demands, I will be happy to receive any postcard you want to send.

Single views are best, because sometimes it's hard to see all the details in multiviews. ;-) But multiviews are cool, too!

ANY postcard is welcome, and I'm glad to hear from you! I will love anything you send!

If it's been a while, please message me about your postcard. I register everything as soon as it comes to me, but I may have missed one somehow. Send me the postcard ID and I will register it right away!
