I am a 23 year old student who loves learning about different cultures and meeting new people, so when a friend told me about this project I was thrilled.

I grew up in a town full of history, antique buildings and monuments, so there is no wonder why I love sightseeing so much. Because I truly believe in the saying " one picture is worth a thousand words" I hope you will help me find a little something about the place you live through postcards.

I love touristic postcards, and my favorite are views of streets/cityviews with old, beautiful buildings (especially single-view).

However, I would be happy to receive anything representative for your country/region/city, such as: ( not in this particular order)
-traditions (like local or national celebrations, festivals)
-traditional food/dishes
-traditional dances, clothes or toys
-ethnic people portraits
-churches/temples
-castles/fortresses
-museums, theatres, opera houses
-historical buildings with beautiful architecture
-archaelogical sites
-monuments
-maps
-beautiful streets
-public squares
-cityscapes/landscapes,lakes or natural monuments in your region/country
-city or country contour
-UNESCO sites.

You can write me something about yourself or the place you live, your favorite food or hobby or even a drawing would be nice. If you want to write something in your language and translate it, it would be amazing.

Please date the postcard and no envelope, please. I like seeing beautiful stamps on the card and I would be delighted to receive cards with postcrossing stamps.
