Greetings!

After three years living in Japan, my husband and I moved back to the United States, the country where we both grew up. Now I spend my days working at both a local historic site and an aquarium. My interests are many.

I joined Postcrossing in order to learn about other places, so I hope to learn about you live, whether it is culture, history, or scenery.

My two most time-consuming hobbies are Postcrossing and cooking. I am passionate about all things food: recipes and ideas for new things to cook; spices and seasonings; a good wine or a nice glass of Scotch. What are your regional specialties?

If you couldn't tell by my job, I love ancient history. I once drug my husband all over Scotland to see standing stones and ancient tombs. What are some of the oldest places/cities/structures in your country?

Also, I collect elephants.
