Hello everyone! My name is Hana, but I go by Hanele, I am from the Czech Republic. I live and I study in Prague. I study sociology, I do Scouting and even though I am very clumsy, I love to try and do different crafts and DIY (it is the fun and process that counts!).

I love travelling, good food, cats, cafés, old city centres, good modern architecture, vintage and retro (especially early 20th century, the 20s, the 50s and early 60s), interesting life stories, thrift and secondhand shopping, DIYing and learning something new every single day. In the perfect case all together!

I am happy if the postcard tells me something more than a simple Google search of your country or city would - like local artists, not so known places, foods....and of course something about you! I prefer illustrated cards to photographs. Paintings, cartoons, old add reprints and such :)

I put my favorite cards on a pinboard over my desk. I look at them whenever I take a break from work and they inspire me, remind me of different places, and most importantly reassure me there are good people everywhere.

Special request for German speakers - I just started learning German, so I would love if you can teach me your favorite words or phrases, the funnier, the better!
