Hello!

I am Iago Valin, born in the city of A Coruna in northwestern Spain and
I currently live in Taiwan, where I study a master's in Translation, I am really interested in languages, funny things and art.

POSTCARD:
Any style of postcard is fine! Although, if you would like to make me REALLY happy there are a few types of postcard I'm particularly interested in in addition to the ones in my "favourites":

- BIZARRE/WEIRD/STRANGE: Something that will make me think 'What the @*%&?!' If it makes you think "Who on earth would make/buy/send such a weird/strange/tacky thing?!", please send that over!
- YELLOW things. Yellow is such a cheerful colour, everybody loves it right! (no taxis though, please)
- RETRO especially retro travel ads and product ads. Vintage also ok.
- ART&ARCHITECTURE: Art Nouveau, Art Deco
- PUGS: (the dog breed) if it has a pug, i'll LOVE it.
- FRUITS
- SHINY
- PATTERNS (tiles, geometric, prints, etc..)

I do NOT like religious buildings, monuments, tourist photos, flowers, cityscapes, or nature (unless they fall under one of the above categories as well.)

CONTENT:
-I really like discovering new music, so if you could tell me your favourite song(s) from your country I'd love if you could write me the title and artist (or an internet link or something like that).
-I am really interested in the languages of the world so if there are any words/sayings that you think are funny in your native language I would love to read about it! (for example, in Spanish, we say, "You are as crazy as a watering can!", or when people are speaking and all of a sudden we all go silent we say "an angel has just passed" to describe that moment.
-You can tell me anything you want, unusual stuff, complain about your city, (I actually really enjoy this hahaha), local dishes (recipes are welcome too!)

Don't feel pressure to write anything too deep, after all, this whole thing is just for fun!
