I live in a town on the far north-east Australian coast. I have a son four hours north (400km) and daughter that has married and settled in US.They have a full-of-life 3 and half years old, who I recently visited!

I like sunny days(of which we have plenty) , swimming (well... getting wet), reading books, machine embroidery and sewing, cycling for fun, growing plants (especially food ones), cruise holidays, receiving postcards and seeing so many different stamps ... What an exciting project this is!

I am most drawn to cards that show:

- Natural beauty and phenomena
- Sweeping, majestic scenery
- Atmospheric scenes
- Awesome-looking man-made structures
- Old/retro tourist postcards
- Wildlife of your area
- Map/tourist/typical ones that inform what is good about your area
- Anything to do with cruise ships or maritime related

but of course, whatever you are able to send is wonderful.

p.s. On the matter of envelope or no ?
I don't mind either way. I often put something little into an envelope for others that mention or suggest it.(teabag, bookmark, magnet, magazine clipping, etc) I would be thrilled with a little piece from elsewhere! as long as it does not cause you to spend more on postal costs:)
