Hello my name is Carrick and I just moved to a rural area of Northern California after living in Orange County for most of my life. I am looking forward to living in a quiet and beautiful area for a change.
I have enjoyed Postcrossing for over 12 years now. I have met some great friends along this postcard journey including Milad from Iraq, Max from Russia, Raelyn from New Zealand, Yasmany from Cuba, and my forever friend Troy in China.

I enjoy travel and learning about new places. I especially like postcards with:
Maps
Churches, Cathedrals, Mosques, Temples, etc.
Interesting buildings
City view (single or multi)
Aerial views
landscapes

These are just suggestions, and I will be happy with any card I receive. I would even be happy with a postcard made from a cereal box or any other food product box. Other handmade cards are also appreciated. I do prefer postcards written on and stamped without envelope.
