About Clelia...

Hello lovely people.

I grew up in a log cabin in Vermont, a rural part of the Northeastern United States. I have lived in Chicago, New York City, and Massachusetts. Now I am doing a year of volunteer work at a homeless shelter in Raleigh, North Carolina.

I enjoy writing, reading, traveling, horror movies, carnivals/festivals/state fairs, history museums, and being online far more than is healthy. I suppose the overarching category to encapsulate most of my interests would be culture. I tend to be a quiet, bookish, internalized kind of person but it's also good to go out and have wild adventures sometimes. I have many obsessions and preoccupations, including Alice in Wonderland. If you send me anything Alice-related, I would be ecstatic! I also love Frank Sinatra, Surrealist art, Halloween, and vintage advertising.

I'd welcome any kind of postcards you want -- homemade cards, stickers, or a coin from your country taped onto the card would all be amazing if you want to do something like that. Also, if you want to write me a letter instead that would make me really happy (and I will write back!) I'm not in this for card or stamp collecting. I just want to hear about your life and your world, whatever you feel comfortable sharing with a total stranger. Please write to me about your life! :) Tell me something incriminating.
