🙂 Hello there! My interests include drawing, painting, and finding unusual second-hand books. I'm happiest in a garden. 🌿🪷

Among my favourite writers are Walter Pater, Willa Cather, G.M. Hopkins, Proust and Pushkin.
🎬 I love the films of Powell & Pressburger, and I recommend them if you're looking for something to watch.
My favourite composer is Gerald Finzi, but I enjoy lots of different kinds of music.

I dream of tranquil cloisters, temples, and quiet courtyards. 🪷
I love centuries-old walled gardens, orchards and olive groves.
I like interesting typography, printmaking & cyanotype.
I like imagery of mermaids - is there a tradition of a mermaid in your culture?
I'm always drawn to the colour blue, especially dark and deep blue.
I love figs, myrtle and peonies.
My indulgence is hot chocolate, very dark.
