Hello fellow Postcarders,

Since I started travelling more extensively, I try to get a postcard and keep some currency from every place I visit no matter how small, although that can sometimes be quite difficult. And anytime anyone I know goes somewhere I ask them to bring me back postcards or currency. My favourite is a coin I have from Vanuatu!

I LOVE
-postcards that have something to do with smoking (cigarettes, not drugs)
-postcards of old(or new!) communist/socialist propaganda.
-anything with Cyrillic text.

I am looking forward to sending and receiving postcards and get some ideas for where I would like to travel to next, so if you can recommend your country or city, I would love to hear about it!

If you speak German, French or Russian (or Ukrainian/Belarussian) I would love if you wrote in these languages to me because I speak them but don't get to practice very much. I think I would be able to understand Spanish, Dutch, Danish or Portuguese if it's not too complicated.

I am happy to have found this website. Apart from postcards I like languages, couchsurfing, lobsters, being a new vegan and experimenting with cookery.

If you have a favourite recipe from your country and it would fit on a postcard I would love to be able to try making it (vegan):)
