The picture of me was taken in August 2016. I am twice retired. First from the U.S. Army in 1988 after 20 years of service as an inventory specialist and then from the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 2007 after 18 years of working in procurement. Currently I work part time in the procurement field and do some teaching on the subject.

While in the military, I lived in Germany for 10 years in the following locations. Stuttgart, 1971-74; Munchen, 1976-79; Mannheim, 1982-84; Darmstadt, 1984-85; Nurnberg, 1985-87. I have also traveled extensively in Europe and the USA.

My hobbies include golf, reading (mostly mysteries), fishing and traveling. I also enjoy cooking and photography and I am hopelessly addicted to Sudoku puzzles. Additionally, my wife and I love to dance.,
