About Mattia...

Hello folks; my name is Mattia, i live in central Italy on the coast of the Adriatic Sea in a little town called Alba Adriatica (in english should sound like Adriatic Dawn); this is a beautiful place for make holidays.

I like to maintain epistolary relationship (penpals), and if you want, write me your address in the postcard! (maybe you will receive a thank you card) :-)

Even if i am registered on Postcrossing by many years i consider myself a newbie here and i will add more information soon as possible after i've received more postcards to choose what type i prefer..

But in the meantime, you can give a look to my favorite postcards to make an idea to what you can send me. :-P

You can send me almost everything; but below there are some that I prefer not to receive.

P.S: I love Maximum Postcards (MaxiCards); see here for what i mean;
http://www.postcrossing.com/blog/2012/03/19/postcard-formats-maxicards
And also Unesco Heritage cards..

My "I Dont't Prefer to Receive" list:

1) Picture/cards that is cut out paper (like from journal.. etc).
THIS IS NOT A POSTCARD AT ALL!!! (but hand made are welcome, especially if well made :-P).

2) Postcards with very very thin paper (i receive these cards completely destroyed [when shipped without envelope] and often i can't read the ID and register them).

3) I prefer (if possible) to don't receive multiview postcards that exceed 3 or MAX 4 images.

4) Religious cards of any type (personal reasons).

5) Ad free cards of bad quality or bad taste or also with thin paper.

6) Any "Keep Calm and..", i'm full of them :-(

If you are a good draftsman/designer, draw me something on the back, or send me a full hand made drawn postcard! I will be very glad XD.

If possible don't use envelope for sending the postcard and remember to write the date! ;-)

If you don't know what to write, below there are some ideas:

- A description of the postcard,
- Who you are and what you do,
- Your hobbies,
- Your city,
- Your nation,
- Your books,
- Your movies etc..

Take the time you need to write something, otherwise what is the sense to send blank-like cards here? ;-)

Thanks, Mattia.

==================== Happy Postcrossing!!! ====================

Expired Postcards? Sure, of course ;-)
