Howdy from Dallas, TX!

I'm 38 years old and enjoy swimming, reading and creating art. I paint in watercolor and acrylic, and draw/sketch using pencils, charcoal and pastels. I am learning and practicing fluid art right now, and while it's a challenge, I am enjoying it very much.

My job is that of a cinema NOC engineer. I also work as a cinema projectionist (digital, 35mm and 70mm film).

I also love pet rats and have had them for many years. :) I inherited my mom's pup Scruff and am kitty-sitting my sister's friend's cat October. So I have a 2 year old cat who loves to play, and a 14 year old dog who is totally fed up with the cat, lol.

I am currently going through a major mental health issue, treatment-resistant major depressive disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. And a little agoraphobia. I am being treated with various medications, therapy, and new experimental treatments. If you would like to discuss this, I am happy to speak about it with you!
