Hello, I have been in inactive status for a medical problem; nothing horrible but it did take a lot of my time. I might have missed a few cards that came in just before I went "inactive" , so PLEASE contact me if you sent a card that is long overdue.

I am a proud-to-say-it old person (73) who loves to know all about the world. I was an actor/producer/director/gofer for a small touring theater company after theater school and then a librarian after library school. After all of this, I taught school at the Alamo Navajo Indian Reservation in New Mexico, USA.

I now live in retirement in a small town in Tennessee. I love traveling, reading, storytelling, teaching, and organizing things. All of these came in handy in my work life and now I am using them in my volunteer life. The picture of me was taken when I was 17 years old and I usually think of myself as looking like that until I look in a mirror, which rarely happens.

My favorite thing to so is dog/cat sitting (sometimes with house-sitting, but it's the dog/cat that matters). I have a lot of dog friends and we have a lot of playdates

I would love to have postcards of anything you would like to send me. Made by you? Yes. In an envelope? Yes. Cut from food packages? Yes! Those are interestingly personal, so I love them. That postcard you might have that you just don't know who to send it to? Yes! Anything.

And if a postcard to me has expired, please send me a message. Expired postcards are sad, out there all alone, trying to find me.
And if a postcard I sent you expires, I will just keep sending another postcard until you get one.

If you absolutely need suggestions (I will love anything you send):
- your city, town, state, nation (now or historical)
- things you like to do
- paintings by your artists
- cartoons, TV, movies in your country
- Absolutely anything else that you like! I am not picky at all. I love every postcard I've ever received.

I would love to hear about your daily life, your travels, or anything you want to tell me about. Or the writing prompt of the month. I am excited about every postcard message.

My handwriting is terrible so if you ever can't read what I wrote, send me a message or a picture of the back of the postcard and I will let you know what I was saying.
