I am Sigrid from Austria. I am a vegetarian - soon a teacher - and love getting mail from all corners of the world.

For Me, it is more important what is written on the Card, than the Postcard itself, but the postcard is also important to me :)

I would love receiving postcards from all parts of the world.
- Tell me something about yourself
-your family
-your Age
-your hobbies and your work
-your likes or dislikes
-or just what you want to tell me
-Also tell me someting about your region you are living in.

Some "Special idea" from me:
I have got a date, which is very Special to me: March 22nd.
Something happened on this day, which was very important to me :)
So if you know something really historical which happened in your Country or City on that day - let me also know.

Or if you could write what you did on that day, it would be great. Or

E.G.
-Send me a card from your region, so that I know where you come from.
- your Country, what is your Country standing for, or most interesting things to do in your Country etc.
- typical Cards for your Country/personality
- I'll be very happy to receive postcard of national celebrations,which are really typical for your country. Please write on postcard about this celebration :)
- Feel free to take the card, you would be happy to receive or is typical for your personality too.

I will be happy with all Cards I receive.

Please take a local stamp. (Maybe also a happypostcrossing stamp if your Country offers.)

Please write at least one sentence in your own language with English Translation.
Please do not "just" write Happy Postcrossing! :)

P.S.: If you know a school-class/are a teacher and teaching a school-class with children who want to learn English or German, I would be really glad if they write me some postcards.

If your students write me some, I will write them back a letter. For each of them his own letter :) It depends on the context on the postcard written if I write about weather, school-System, Landmark etc. in my answer-letter.
