Hello World!

I started my postcard collection when I was 12 years old (over 20 years ago!) with a postcard of the hotel I was staying in the night before my first backpacking trip to Isle Royale National Park. Since then I have collected cards every time I travel or when my friends bring back cards from their travels. My grandmother still loves to send me postcards from every place she visits.

Now I get to share my hobby with my daughter as well as teach her about everyone we share this world with. It's such a joy to pass down something that has brought me so much happiness and connection over the years. I love how postcards capture not just a place, but a moment in time, a piece of someone's journey.

Zelda's favorite animal is cats and I love rabbits. We both enjoy figure skating together. What is your favorite animal and activity?
