About dreamingincode...

Hi! I stopped postcrossing for a while because I was busy with university. I missed it while I was gone. I now work as a software engineer in Silicon Valley.

I worked in Germany in the summer of 2010 and lived in Spain during the fall of 2010.

Don't know what to write? Here's some possibilities:
+I'm interested in foreign languages so please write to me in something other than English if you would like. Please include a translation unless it is Spanish, English, or Chinese.
+Teach me your favorite word, expression, or idiom in your native language
+Suggest a book (popular in your country, recent-hit or literature)
+Give me a recipe for one of your favorite dishes
+Doodle a picture
+Recommend a place for me to visit
+Tell me about yourself

I'm also on icardyou
www.icardyou.com/user/1940

I was born in the year of the horse - so I'd like new years cards too if it's the year of the horse that is coming.

Some things that I love on postcards:
+ Things to do with Camino de Santiago
+ Other pilgrimage routes such as the Via Francigena, St. Olav's Way, 八十八ヶ所巡り, Mecca, etc.
+ Foreign languages
+ Calligraphy (草书, Arabic, etc.)
+ Subway/public transport maps
+ Geisha
+ Mucha
+ Books, libraries, universities
+ Tea, coffee, cuisine, etc.
+ Mountains
+ Cultural events
+ Porcelain
+ Clocks
+ Water: rivers, waterfalls
+ Nature
+ churches, mosques, synagogues, temples, shrines, etc.
+ Moomin
+ Pucca
+ Mucha
+ Las Meninas
+ Olympics postcards
+ almost any postcard :)

(Just keep it clean)

I prefer written and stamped (unless you find it cheaper, easier, or have difficulty getting it through your mail system - then an envelope is fine)

These are all preferences, I will still be glad with practically everything you send me! :)

中国人/台湾人:要是你写得清楚,我就看得懂中文。请你也写拼音-我还看得差。
