Hello, world! My name is Lena. I’m 25. I’m from Minsk, the capital of Belarus.

I am fond of foreign cultures and I like everything related to languages and writing. So I've chosen a profession which helps people from different parts of the world to become closer to each other - I am a translator.

I will be very happy to receive cards with:
- parrots, budgies
- titmice
-other birds and animals :)
- Moomins (Tove Jansson is one of my favorite writers)
- beautiful landscapes

But, in fact, it doesn’t matter what postcard you send me - art cards, nature cards, cards of your city or country, black&white, funny cards... All kind of cards are welcome. Let it be a surprise. Communication is what really matters and what is the most exciting for me in postcrossing. I will be glad to know something about you, your country, your dreams and hobbies – anything you would like to share.

p.s. Hablo un poco de Español. Y a mí me gusta mucho obtener unas tarjetas postales o unas cartas en Español de las personas de España o de la América Latina.

p.p.s. Postcards in Polish are also welcome. I can read Polish, but, unfortunately, can't write it - I studied it many years ago.
