I live in Oregon, a state with mountains and ocean, changing seasons and changing weather. Its a great state to live in. I work tutoring students in reading and also volunteer numerous hours at my childrens school doing a variety of things.

I love to travel and wish I could do more. I enjoy reading almost any type of book both fiction and non fiction, I also love to send and receive mail and have several pen friends around the world that I write to. Along with that I enjoy sending cards to family and friends for many different reasons or just to say hello. That's one of my favorite things to do.

I have three children at home, two adult children out on their own and one that will be starting his second year at Oregon state university.
