About Yaroslava...

I am a journalist, I work for the fm-station and write about international news. I am interested in reading, travelling, taking pictures, cooking. I also want to write a book of my own and now I'm gathering some experience for this task.

I would be grateful to get some cards with:
- circuses and clowns;
- royal families;
- XIX-early XX centuries epoch (Jane Austen style);
- nice retro and vintage (maybe nude pics);
- household items and everyday lifestyle;
- Disney cards, Moomins;
- little kids and beautiful women;
- love, wedding, cute romantic things;
- famous artworks, modern art, graffiti(!), patterns;
- tulips, pions, poppies, wildflowers and botanical illustrations;
- dalmatians, snails, birds;
- famous photos, magazine-covers (Kinfolk, New Yorker, Vogue, etc.), posters;
- books and famous authors (my favorites are: Jane Austen, C.S. Lewis, J.K. Rowling, O'Henry, J.D. Salinger, Harper Lee, F.S. Fitzgerald, E.M. Remarque, Ernest Hemingway, Iris Murdoch and lots of others);
- London, New York, Paris, Prague, Rome, Florence and amazing Norway;
- funny cards.

I would be very greatful if you have a look on my "Favorites". Maybe you've got a card from there and I will be so happy to receive it! Also I am always ready to swap cards with you, just send me a message.

I would be very glad to hear the story behind your name. Does it have any special meaning? Why did your parents choose it for you? Do you like your name of would rather change it? You can also write about your family and lifestyle, some special traditions, the history of the card you chose, the book you read, something you are thinking about right now or about some unforgettable experience and I will share these moments with you)

Thank you for your cards and Happy Postcrossing!
