Hello from Latvia, from Riga! My name is Daiga. I live in a little state,near the Baltic Sea, my country is very,very nice.In the midlle of summer there is very nice festival,when all the night you can dance and sing the songs. Riga is one of the beautiful cities in Europa where you can see architecture-Art Nouveau.
Something about me.I am psychologist and work at secondary school. I live in Riga since I was 20.
I have 3 grown up son's. The oldest one works in port as an economist. Middle one and youngest one studies at University in Denmark (Aalborg).
I like theater, music, art, movies and traveling.
My hobbies are all kinds of handicrafts -like knitting, crochet and weaving etc. I like to travel and I like taking photos.Now I am also learning to paint.

I'd like to recive postcards showing something typical for your country: towns, villages, landscapes, local life, people and their customs, nature, local food, fruits, plants, flowers... :)
