Receive postcards

About Dana...

Please write my address as shown, including account. Also, if you could put the date on your card, that would be great because a lot of times, the postmark isn't very clear. It would be so much appreciated! :)

Please do not send the postcard in an envelope, I love putting lots of stamps on my postcards and welcome the same! Please do not send folded cards, recipe box cards, or letters that come in an envelope as these are not postcards. Whether they be store-bought or handmade, I only register real postcards

Overall, I just love getting postcards, so if you have something you think is great, I will enjoy it as well! :) Send something that is "You"! But, if you're like me and not sure of your mood today, here are some other ideas:

*Video Games (Call of Duty, Halo, Destiny, Minecraft, Skylanders, Borderlands, Forza, Assassin's Creed, Dead Rising, Dragon Age, Gears of War, Dead Island, Far Cry, etc.) - Anything Xbox, Nintendo, PlayStation
*Movies, TV Shows, Books & Music
*Tourist (attraction, state, city, or country named on card)
*Animals, Spiders & Reptiles
*Sci-Fi & Fantasy, including any nude
*Dragons, Unicorns, Mythical Beasts
*Art, especially fantasy, but classic is great too
*Elvis (for grandma)
*Naughty Humor or any Humorous
*Food & Drink (Especially savory dishes or appetizers)
*Any traditional (or non-traditional) holiday themes (but no folded greeting cards)
*popular cartoons from your culture
*A card from a postcard series I have already sent out :D
*Firefly, Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Resident Evil, Alien Vs. Predator, Marvel movies & TV, Lord of the Rings, DC movies & TV, Walking Dead, Sherlock Holmes, Elementary, Star Wars, Star Trek, Once Upon a Time, Z Nation, South Park, Grimm, Sleepy Hollow, iZombie, Supernatural
*Handmade/art cards as long as they are made to last and NOT full of cheap stickers and/or crayon because I find they fall/rub off.
**Recycled postcards cut from the boxes or packaging of popular products are also cool (cereal, soda boxes, pasta, games, toys, pet stuff, etc. It's kind of like keeping a commercial in the form of a postcard and helps recycle neat things.)

I also love creating illustrations when I'm not writing postcards or playing video games; you can check them out here: https://www.facebook.com/daedelysart
(please like the page too, it would mean a lot to me!)

For postcards and other things I have w/my art on them:

I've also heard of this great site through another postcrosser and have joined their team on Kiva:
